Knocked Out Of Joint

Excerpt...

“He didn’t knock me out of place to break me. He knocked me out of joint to bring me into grace. I lost my old walk... but gained my real name.”

Some encounters leave you limping, but you walk away different. Jacob didn’t just wrestle with God… he wrestled with his reflection, his regrets, his identity. And when God touched him, He didn’t destroy him, He marked him.

You can’t walk the same after a real encounter. He touched the place where Jacob once stood strong in himself. And He dislocated it so Jacob would forever lean on God.

Sometimes, God knocks you out of alignment to reassign your identity. You may walk away limping… but you’ll never walk alone again.
